How to stop Netherland Revolts from happening as Burgundy

I have seen it said that by moving the capital to say Hollande can stop the revolts from happening outright but is there anything else I need to do? like do I still need to switch over all the cultures from dutch to burgundian or am I fine i have seen both things said please help :P

As far as I know, these are your options:
- Wait until 1650 for the revolts to stop
- Transfer your capital
- Get rid of their culture entirely
- Give in and grant them their freedom

Okay i have moved my caputol to Hollande and made dutch my primary culture...should be okay?

I do the same. A 15k stack slowly upgraded to 25k if needed is quite enough. It's just annoying, but nothing a major power can't handle.

Moving capital to a dutch province is the easiest thing to do. If you don't fancy that release them as a March. They will pack quite a punch.

Raising autonomy to 100% will also stop the revolts.

Yeah I suppose that basically if all of the Dutch or Flemish lands belong to those that are of those cultures I then the Netherlands never gets released which means there is never any Dutch revolts. Which in turn means you should not conquer the region until 1650 or later so those annoying Dutch revolts never happen to you. Otherwise those events will be happening until then.
