The marthas have no special unit, and they give manpower in the same way as the normal nobility estate, with the same long cooldown. They have an interaction that gives a discounted discipline advisor though, which means consistent access to the best military advisor, as well as having an otherwise unreliable military advisor discount. They also give army tradition as their standard bonus, and having access to them lets you get a 5% discipline government reform, though taking the reform makes that very nice advisor interaction give a +1 shock general instead, which is far less useful. They also give cav combat ability when loyal.
