Do EU4 dlcs ever go more than 50% off

Old dlc's used to be 75% off on every sale but the last few sales haven't seen them with more than 50% off for whatever reason, maybe Paradox figured 75% off on almost the whole dlc roster was too generous every few months.

It's not paradox but steam itself. Since 2years or so 50% is the new standard and 75% has gotten quite rare (in fact since then i have only seen 75% for base games, but never for dlc).

Try 3rd party sites (G2A), they usually have the cheapest price a particular thing used to be at (i.e. the more expensive DLCs go for ~70% less)

That's good to know, I've seen it applied but never figured it was a change of standards all across.

Yeah, but then you have to use a Russian VPN to load the key into Steam (European and American keys are never so cheap).

Isn't the case for me. In the UK i paid 7 pounds for Common Sense and about the same for art of war. I think about 6 pounds for Rights of Man and 2 pounds for Res publica.
