Enemy debt
Where can I see how much debt my enemy has? Loans in the ledger only shows me. Just saw it under when I hovered over the "x" on why somebody wont be called into a defensive war. He had 1600 debt it 1465. I should have sayed in the war, and drove them bankrupt. ... sigh

You can check how many loans a nation has in the Score Comparsion section of the ledger if you hover over Adm. Rating. Each loan gives -0.02 score. You can't check how much each of these loans is worth this way though.

I just find it easier trying to declare war on the enemy ally and it shows the loans there. Only fails if they have no allies.

Yeah it's easiest to do it this way. You can even see the negative malus for them joining a war.

Once you know how many loans you can get an approximate value of debt by knowing how much there loan amount is. See this ...
