Yeah that would count as well. I was surprised that they didn't get one for the Persia patch but I suppose this is why that didn't happen. I had a personal achievement I set a year ago when they were still a steppe nomad and that was to form Mughals while still having the Timurid dynasty. Anyone who has played as a steppe nomad or the Timurids especially would know there was a bit of difficulty in keeping the same dynasty for a long time because no child can be Khan. I was surprised when it only took me one retry to form Mughals as Timurids thus getting rid of the Steppe Nomad government and then I continued to conquer all of Asia while still maintaining the Timurid dynasty.
