If I peace out a cobelligerent do his allies peace out too?

I declared war on Sind. The only ally of his I called as cobelligerent is Mahra. Mahra called in his ally Fars. I want Fars' land for it's instituion development. If I peace out Mahra does Fars peace out too?

No.

Cobelligerent basically means you attacked several countries same time with same conditions, but everyone fights against you in single war. You can peace out each of them separately (or everyone with single peace).

Only way you would peace out Fars while doing peace with Mahra is when you had separate war with them.
