I mean , i formed netherlands and i've got an event to have dutch republic BUT when i've clicked to have republic i;ve got... regular republic with 1;4;1 diplomat guy . Every time when i've played i;ve got dutch republic and now i have this ♥♥♥♥ ...

did you make sure to pick the right republic? I think you get a few different choices. Keep the monarchy, form a republic, or create a hybrid Dutch Republic.

I dont have res publica but i didnt have this problem to this moment

Forming the Dutch Republic version which has the Orangists vs Statists mechanic requires Res Publica DLC. And it has ALWAYS required it, unless you were playing MP and the host had it.

Otherwise, you get the generic republic mechanics.

Republics have issues with you sometimes getting saddled with a bad ruler.

Monarchies have issues with succession crises.

Reflects real life.

Over time however republics should be better in the long run. According to some videos i've watched on remans Youtube.
I do recommend his advice on playing milan if you're interested in playing a republic.
He explains in the video that republics tend to have higher leader stats.

I converted from Flanders to Netherlands in my current game. The pop-up decision window to change to Dutch Republic does not occur right away. It might have a mean time to occur after a certain year. It took a few years to show as I recall. I decided to stay as a Parliament anyway.
