Buildings not showing up in the building selections

the buildings Farm estate, Naval Equimpent Factory, Textile Manufactory, weapons Manufactory, Plantation, Trade Station, Mill and Furnace do not show up in my building selections, not even as a possible building, even though I have the correct DLC, tech level and trade goods. How does one build these?

The generic manufactory button at the bottom left builds whichever is appropriate for the province.
