How do you revoke a province

Playing as Spain and had the Aristocratic Coup disaster
I read somewhere that in order to restore Aristocratic influence below 60 I need to revoke the provinces controlled by them.
How do you do this ?

The same way as you giving them land, go to the left hand menu (small button below your flag), choose estate tap, choose the one that in power and click on the land they own.
Sometimes, this is not enough and you will have to wait for some event that increase their influence to expire.

I usually take/give the provinces from the Production (hammer and sword icon next to country) >> Estates (at the bottom) tab. There all the provinces of your country are colored by each Estate, and clicking province Estate owns will revoke it from them. You can also assign new provinces to estates there, first pick estate from the list and then click provinces marked with green stripes.

You can also revoke provinces directly from Province tab. Click the province and make sure Buildings tab is open. Right below Buildings slots is Estate, clicking Estate icon will revoke the province from them.
