I can't sue for peace and get land anymore for some reason

so i am Lithuania and i ama a new player i only have 40 hours and before when i was in a war i could sue for peace and get the provinces that i wanted but now i can only demand traties (i am at war with the great horde 1455)

Also a newish player with a couple hundred hours, but I guess you need a higher war score. At the top of the peace negotiating screen it says how much war score you have. Each province costs a certain war score also: that number will be in one of the columns to the right of the Province name (it is also on provinces themselves, if you want to plan ahead before a war click on a province and there is a war score cost, sort of middle and lower end of the info screen).

So take war goal and let the ticking war score go up more with passage of time, or win more battles, occupy more provinces.

You can also not request provinces you cannot core (e.g. not on your border), but guess Lithuanian vs. Golden Horde should not be an issue).

the thing is that the war score is 100% ...

Did you try hovering over the provinces you want in the negotiation screen: EU4 is pretty good at giving tooltip popups that may tell you why you cannot request the province. Otherwise... hope somebody else has more ideas!

Maybe you used wrong CB? Some CBs don't allow cede province.

If you want, don't take anything from them so your true timer is shorter and you can re-declare war sooner.

With Humiliate Rival CB you can NOT Cede province, Return core, Release vassal, Release country, Force vassalization, Transfer vassals, Force tributary status, Force change religion, Concede defeat, Revoke electorate or Form personal union.

before you Declare War always look at the War Conditions each War Goal gives, the Humiliate Rival CB dosnt allow you to take land, amongst certian other things, which is clearly stated on the Declare War Screen on the given War Goal Selected before you DoW them.. so thats your problem thier, gues you will have to reload to before War and select the right War Goal or if other was not available then Humilate and get what you can from them and DoW them later again ;-)

Bonus. Use the option Show Strength, to get 100 of each monarch point category, plus 30 power projection for winning. If you have 50 power (Which you should since declaring war gives you +10 and having rivals/others is another 10) you get another +1 monthly monarch points. It's a good CB but I would use it only when you need to or to gain tech quickly. The common common CB is conquest where you use a claim on a province to conquer it during war. If you are new, just reminding you that a claim reduces AE, warscore cost, and coring cost.
