Way to edit mods with new launcher?
Is there a way to edit another persons mod? I love playing with Extended Timeline but i like to edit it or make my own mod that edits custom nation flags but now with the new launcher system i can't edit others people mod or make my own to make it fit my gameplay. Is there away to edits mods now or how im a suppose to get it to work now?
Thanks

The mod files are still there, just now they are more hidden from you.

Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\"many numbers here"\"more numbers"

Each of these folders has now file with name "numbers_legacy.bin". This is same zip file you had earlier in documents/mod folder. You can copy it and rename it to .zip and unpack the actual content.

Once you have the zip place the mod file and subfolder into folder
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod
Edit the whatever files you need to and it should work. Don't forget to disable the mod you used so it will not be double-loaded and crash into itself.

So I took the number_legacy out of the Extended Timeline folder. I moved it to documents/mod, and unpacked. I made some changes and it seems like the changes I made work. The only thing is, the changes are in vanilla version. I can't start earlier than 11/11/1444. Solution?
