So what the point of picking ''We are all Mongols'' decision? ''All provinces of Korchin, Khalka (already accepted by default) and Oirat becomes Mongol culture.''

With second decision you get all those 3 accepted, 2 extra free slots (4/6) and when you get empire rank those promotions will free space so basically 3 free promoted cultures.

Am i missing something here?

If your primary culture is not Mongol (you are not playing as Mongolia) you will convert primary culture to Mongol, ruler and heir to Mongol, and all the owned Korchin, Khalka and Oirat culture to Mongol.

No you're not missing anything. When you become Empire you will have the entire Altaic culture group as accepted, and should retain the +3 accepted culture.

But you probably want to switch to a chinese culture anyway, I'm not sure whether or not you maintain the +3 bonus after a culture switch.

What people didnt mention here is that once you form the Mongol Empire your primary culture group gives you banner troops.

...Which is a pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bonus tho considering that banners arent that op anymore. The +3 Culture bonus is indeed better. The Mongolian states are just too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to keep them the whole game.
