they will break up if all members leave or if the leader has negitive prestige.
Leagues are usually pretty spread out out so you can normally take on each army seperatly before they all join up.
Alternatly the usual alliance work arounds work.
Proxy war one of his allies and take his land
Ally his stronger league partners an drag them into another war first
Wait for the league to fight another war then jump in
I just checked, the leader has -7 prestige, but the leage is not breaking up
He needs to have at least -50 before the league breaks.
