Aristocratic coup problem
Well for it to end I need to enable national decision . I figured this out after 10 years of having disaster .So I need my nobility to have lower influence than 60 % and I currently have 65%.So every event expired and its stuck at 65% and I also took some of their states and I fought rebels because of that . I think that influence is bugged somehow. I am Castille ...

Remove Estates controlled by the Nobility. This will cause rebellions if Nobility loyalty is below 40%. Deal with it. Keep removing provinces from the Nobilities control (one at a time!), and dealing with the rebels, until your Nobility influence is below 60%. Then take the Decision to stop the coup.

The best way to deal with this is to never let this Disaster reach 100%. Removing Estates from whatever Estate disaster is ticking and dealing with the rebels is ALWAYS preferable to dealing with ending the Disaster. As ending the disaster will mean a huge loss of Stability (-1 at the start, -3 at the end) and -25 Prestige.

Stability = Admin points which could be used for tech / ideas / coring
Prestige = AE Decay rate / AE impact / Army Morale (and other benefits)

This really stunts your expansion.
