Humilliate and Concede defeat peace deal
What are the benefits of humiliating an enemy in a peace deal? Tooltip is not helpful and I can see no effects.

Same question for conceding defeat. What does it do other than eating up tons of warscore?

Humilliating grants you 30 power points, which in turn have several benefits. Conceding defeat is 10 prestige afaik, but I never use that as it prevents other demands.

Thanks. Humilliation seems to be quite powerful.

Yes, it is. Based on the situation"show strength" might be better. 30 PP + 100 of every Monarch point. The cost is 100% warscore though, meaning that you can't claim anything else. Still, if you have a rival you can easily beat it's a great idea to keep him around and farm the points every time the truce ends.

The humiliated rival also loses 30 power projection, and that makes it weaker. The country that concedes defeat loses 10 prestige while the winner gains 10 prestige. The peace offer explains the consequences of each option.

Since concede defeat is only worth 10% warscore, it also establishes a rather short truce. It is helpful if you think you may want to fight that country again soon.

It´s a good peace deal when small and two or three forts give that warscore, but when it´s a big country not as good as war reparations and anything that makes big loss of territory - either conquest or simply making them release nations.

Reducing power projection of turks, France is irrelevant. It will still be a positive value. Neither is useful having 52 PP, and then 2 years later poof value gone back to 50. Was useful? Hell no.

The only time I use Concede Defeat is when I need the prestige to become a Kingdom or Empire.

Remove Rival is 10 prestige and costs 30 WS. Concede Defeat is useless.

Can I humiliate anyone else besides rivals?

No

Okay, different situation: My ally and me have the same rival. My ally declares a humilliation war, we win and finish with a humilliation peace deal. Will we both get the Points or just my ally since he is the war leader?

Look at the wiki but I´m almost sure only war leader gets it. Else it would be quite easy to exploit. AI declares war, you do nothing to get warscore, and still get PP.

The wiki is unclear about that, that is why I ask. Thanks again, looks like I will have to give it a shot.

If I remember correctly, an ally gets a few points for having declared war on its rival. But not as many points as the war leader.

Concede Defeat used to be more useful. When fighting an opponent with allies you could offer to Concede Defeat to them and often get the allies out of the war earlier. Now it's harder to get rid of the enemy allies (probably as it should be).
