There is also the GPU logiciel which can be set to override video games settings (AA, force non supported resolutions etc)
Native game resolution is 1920 1080, just in case.
As you can see (hopefully) the icons and text and menus are ridiculously tiny compared to what they used to be.
Have you tried windowed fullscreen 1920 1080 ?
The GPU logiciel is the logiciel coming with the GPU driver (Crimson for AMD, dont know about NVidia)
Those progams can be set to totally override games video settings, forcing a resolution for example, meaning no matter what you change in game options, it wont work.
They also come with all sorts of scaling for the screen display.
From memory an option to use recommended nvidia settingd for your game/games.
