eu4 wont download

started installing, after a while it just stops, wont download at all
anyone can help?
edit: i saw that all that downloaded was nothing, just the folder. wtf

start the download again, when it stops do the following: in the steam library, when you right click you can get to the download. go with your mouse over the text fields below the graphic, until you find a message that says sth like "data XY failed download" or "data XY . . .". search in your eu4 folder for that data and delete it. now press continue download and wait until it happens again, do the same again. at the end, when all was downloaded, run the steam check over the game. it will automaticly install the deleted folders again. PS: i am from germany so i cant explain that accuratly. gl.

it might work but i dont understand where i can go to the download
