custom nation vassal
Im making my own custom world in eu4 bc i like RP n stuff. But i want to make one custom nation a vassal to another one, but i cant seem to find a way. Is it possible to do so? if so please guide me on how to. thx

You'll have to go into single player after making all the countries you wish to exist, don't add any in afterwards and use console commands.

This command is off the wiki: vassalize [<Target Country Tag>] [<Actor Country tag> OPTIONAL]
