Change Revolutionary Flag

Hi all,

I created revolutionary Nogai in my playthrough of EUIV. I am trying to change my revolutionary flag colours but I am having trouble with it.

I've searched how to do this on google and a few articles on reddit and the wiki were of help but haven't worked. I tried adding revolutionary_colors = { 11 14 16 } to Nogai.txt in common/countries. I also tried modifying the save game file to change the flag but neither of these have worked.

Does anyone know how to do this with the latest version of the game?

I guess that's because you are modifying files that don't affect saved games
And please tell what you mean when giving { x y z } colours tags? Flags are tricolours so each colour is defined by a single number, and I don't know what it means
