how to vassalize enemy nation?
i just started playing eu4 and fail many times. In my current game i am doing fine. Im playing as portugal and im planning on conquering malacca and make it as my vassal. How to vassalize enemy nation? I just finished invading morroco and i manage to take over all of its province (some are sieged by my allies). When i sue for peace, i can't vassalize morroco.

Im pretty sure that starting Morocco is too big to be vasalized in one war. Anyways, if you want to vassalize enemy you have to declare war on them with suitable CB (pretty sure that all cb that allow you to take land are good) and then in last tab you have option to vassalize them. They will hate you for few years since they get "force vassalized us" moddifier towards you so expect them to be disloyal for few years, especially if they are different religion.
Or you can annex them and release them as a vassal. You will get more AE for conquering them but you will avoid that nasty moddifier. This makes more sense if someone else beats them down to size that you can annex in one war. After releasing them you can just declare reconquest for their cores
Also, if you want to know if you can vassalize a country before declaring a war:

Just pick one their provinces and look in the lower half of that interface. There's a star with two crossed swords, move your cursor there and look at the tooltip. At the bottom there is a number showing you how much warscore their provinces are worth all together. If that number is 100 or lower, you can vassalize them in a single war.

When force vassalizing a nation, the warscore needed is determined by the total development of all their provinces. Rich countries become impossible to vassalize even when their number of provinces is not that large. If enemy is too large you can try to release nations and then declare war on these smaller countries.
