Is "Rights of Man" worth it, or "Eldorado", "Conquest of paradise"?

I would never consider playing without Rights of Man. I personally consider it essential; although the community at large does not.
It's more of a 'fun' dlc, than a 'necessary' one tbh. The one feature I couldn't go without anymore is having queens (which I now notice is a dlc thing, as opposed to a patch one) which basically means no more regency councils. And doing nothing for 14 years or so.

Great Powers is more annoying than helpfull. Yes you can break alliances between other nations, but if your ally is a great power as well, and you and them are in a war against another one, then all of a sudden the Ottoman can join against you. Just because. It's there, but I don't really pay much attention to it,other than the occasional surprise enemy in a war. Helpfull tip: don't beat and peace out the 2nd power jumping into the war; I beat the Ottoman out of the war and suddenly Russia decided to step in as well after them.....yeah.

Traits are ok I guess, basically a random bonus or bad modifier for your country.

Subject nations can be given more instructions during war, they still don't listen much though. Stay and protect your country......Aragon, what are you doing all the way in Holland sieging!?! You can pay the debt of subjects as well to lower liberty desire. That's a plus.

The new Coptic missions give another reason to play with Ethiopia again.

Worth it? I think so on a sale.I'd say it's more worth it than El Dorado now that exploring with ships and searching for the city of gold don't really work that well anymore (conquistador just stops searching, and clicking on the button does nothing) and definitely more than Conquest of Paradise.

It's not at the level of importance as Art of War or Common Sense though.

It's the once I haven't bought, except for the new one.

I consider it essential for the Queens and the leader traits. It makes the countries do things they would not normally do. Such as ignore aggressive expansion or attack countries they would never normally attack because of size difference.

Just adds a random element to the AI and makes the game a tiny bit less predictable.
