Cant start Vassal 's war ?
Afther the Ming Patch, i am playing Manchu and Buryata and Mongolia are my vassals, they both have claims on Oirat but i cant attack Oirat with their CB's , i dont know if this is just becuase Oirat happens to be a Tributary of Ming (which i am Aswell) , but it weird at best at the moment.

Clarification would be nice, if someone knows the answer to this?

greets Piet.

i have/had a similar problem. i am playing as ashikaga(japan). i couldnt use my daimyos claims and couldnt even use my own claim. after a reload at least the latter now works. cb for daimyos claim doesnt show up but maybe this is because i have a claim on my own?! i am also tributary to ming...
as to the question about tributaries not allowed to declare war on each other: i cant also use daimyos claim on non ming tributaries... (this might be daimyo thing though)

Well, i can attack other tributaries without ming interfering, thats fine, but just i cant use my Vassals Cb's ,in Asia at least, which is weird.
I have this same issue. I Play as Japan and i am myself are a tributary vassal of Ming, so that i can attack other Ming Vassals without fearing Ming. But i have a vassall in southeast asia called Perak and he has claims on Kedah and Parsai but i cant use his claims to declare war. Its pretty weird.

I took Yarkand as vassal from Chagatai, wasnt able to use their claims in the south.
I think i figured it out. I guess everything has to do with the Ming vassals. I play as Japan. As long as i was a vassal of Ming (so Ming was my Boss) i was not able to use MY vassals claims to declare war either on other Ming vassals and free Nations. But then i decided to become free and break the vassal with Ming ( so i was not longer a vassal of Ming) and i was free. Now when i am free ( and Ming is no longer my boss due to vassalisation) i was abel to use My own vassals claims to attack my enemies. SO i guess that Vassals of Ming cant use their own vassals claims to attack nations. I think thats the point. You should not be able to use a vassall of a vassalls claim. But why Paradox decided this, i cant understand.
