One of my diplomats is working on a spy network in Poland, if i click him on the tab on the right there's an option to start building a spy network instead of stopping it... How to get him back?

To build a spy network it takes a diplomat. You can't get it otherwise. A diplomat is both a spy and a diplomat. He can improve relations, annex vassels, build spynet work, cause unrest in a country with right ideals, ect. Once you have the spynetwork needed to make a claim then you make the claim and use the spy network up, you call the guy back.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough... I want to recall my diplomat from making a spy network in Poland. But when I go to Poland diplomacy there is no option for it! Like he is not there.

Open the hot tool bar that on the right side of the screen and make sure diplomats are turned on. He should be in that list. You should beable to call him back from that by right clicking on it.

may be a bug try right clicking on the diplomat in Poland and start spy network then stop it after and see if he reappears

I had the same problem, tested the suggested solution of right clicking in the right side menu and call the diplomat back.
It worked!

Just leaving this here in case more people have the same problem.
