Best idea groups for Denmark?

I would probably pick influence or diplomacy first. but then denmark much like sweden is in a position where you can do most things.

Sure it takes more effort to be a colonial empire, but that could be pulled off.

If you want to make Sweden obediant, you'll need all the dip rep you can have to lower their liberty desire . Diplomacy and Influence both give boosts to that.

It also help integrating them faster later on if needed.

Like I said earlier though, you can do most things as denmark so a guide isnt needed. Also the guide seems to rely completely on getting poland as an ally as well which sometimes just isnt possible.

Also taking something like Naval and/or maritime can be worth doing with Denmark if your going to be facing the naval monster that is England/Great Britain. You can probably match them with the amount of ships but as far as quality goes England has that advantage because of their ridiculous boost to naval morale. But as others have said, influence ideas is a big deal. Hell, influence ideas has become a staple of most of my campaigns it's just a great idea group to have in any situation especially f you plan to have many allies and vassals and plan on doing quite a bit of expansion. Getting diplomatic ideas going eventually is definitely a viable strategy as well to make your conquests easier.
