cant find plutocratic ideas?

hello i play as france and it requires "plutocratic" "aristocratic" "influence"

i did aristo and influence but i cant find plutocratic ideas ??

You need to change government form then you can take the plutocratic idea group as well as the aristocratic idea group before that... (reform into a republic)

monarchies get Aristocratic idea group (which you are at the start) and republics get the plutocratic idea group to choose! You can and you have to have both to fulfill this achievement!

In conclusion: Take Aristocratic Idea group, then reform into a Republic and then take the Plutocratic Idea group.
