Super slow save loading

My save loading takes more than 2 minutes. It started a while ago, before that it was very quick. I have the game on SSD and it doesn't matter if I save via cloud or locally.

I tried deleting game, all the save files - nothing seems to help. My last resort is to re-install the OS, but I don't want to go through re-installing all my software again.

Does anyone know what's going on with my loading time?
