Missions And Vassals
If I have a Mission to conquer a province, could I have one of my vassals conquer it, instead of me directly conquering it and incurring Aggressive Expansion, or would that not fulfill the Mission?

I tested it myself. Giving your vassal land results in Aggressive Expansion for you anyway and it will not count towards your mission. I failed the mission after giving the land I needed to my vassal.

You can conquer it yourself and sell it to your vassal (or give it if you have the right dlc).

TBH these missions annoy me. Sometimes I get a mission on my own subjects even -.-

The most important thing about missions is the free claims you get for taking them. Not only can you readly declare war to obtain the land you also receive lower coring costs from having a claim, even if you are onl diplomatically annexing a vassal. The completeiom bonuses are just icing on the already delicious cake.
