Europa Universalis IV
Most fun nation to play?
That includes Tribes, Hordes, anything... even custom nations! Just don't forget to write down or put a screenshot of the ideas if you will be writing about custom nation.

Looking to play with some intresting/fun nation, kinda bored of EU4 but I want to get back to the game and nolife the ♥♥♥♥ out of it without getting bored

I've had a lot of fun with Mongolia and Malwa. Any nation in South Africa is interesting due to all of the tribes and open land to immediately colonize. Playing through Japan is also exciting and difficult.

I've had the least amount of fun in Europe if I am being honest. I've probably spent too much time there.
If you are up for it you can try the knights

Then get amazingly good naval and army ideas and can ally venice

You also get the option to attack the mamluks and form the kingdom of jerusalem which is fun so long you know how to defend the Arabian peninsula against the ottomans properly

I'm sure it's a super cliche answer, but the Ottomans are super fun. Grab a bunch of free cores at the beginning, and steamroll your way through everything in your path. Ally France, grab Crimea and Persia as Marches, and take everything that isn't nailed down (and come back for that stuff with a hammer).
Yeah, the Ottomans are like my "brain dead" entertainment time. Sorta my downtime between games. They are just so fun to play as. My other pleasure run that I've repeated time and again is Majapahit, and it's fun seeing my skill progress to out blob my last empire in each run. A unique game that I had most fun with other than those are my most successful run as a conqueror: Timurids turned Revolutionary Mughals, which I did better than even my Ottoman games.
Sending China from 1820 to 1444 and releasing a custom nation with +10% tech, +20% morale has to be the best.

I think I have seen a video to this exploit, but can you link me down the video? I think most of these videos are outdated...

I dunno, as muslim ottomans for some reason I get bored really fast, now, as Orthodox it is more fun for me for some reason. Probably because I get ♥♥♥♥ ton of manpower and don't need take quantity ideas. I think why I don't play as Ottomans, or atleast dislike it when I play with it is the poor development around Ottomanas (mainly Asia). Lots of provinces with low development but high unrest, even if I reduce the autonomy. To get fairly good development I would need to expand into Europe, which is complete suicidal because of the AE it makes.

One other reason is probably I have plaid it so much in the past and finished my game on 1550 or 1600 year. Well, and other reason is probably because it is fairly popular country and easy to play with, compared with other countries. I want something that most peoples don't play with a country everyday. Something, that is not popular or known between EU community.

Actually, I was thinking of that, but I don't think I am ready for that yet. I see myself failing bunch of times before even landing on Mamluks.

Genoa is a really interesting game.

Thank you for your opinion, but can you explain why you think it's intresting? I just have heard Genoa has bunch of events that give 1+ merchantelism, and that would be very good for me since I can't boost mercha.. with diplo points (don't have the DLC).

I was also thinking about Mongolia, but since it is in tough spot and fairly weak nation around his neighbours would be hard to expand imo. Would be very intresting to restore Mongol Empire though.

EDIT: I might try South Africa some day, but again, it's poor development and high unrest with almost no autonomy at all.

I have tried Japan and hell fkin yes it was fun! No joking. Though most of the fun was when I was uniting Japan through war. It was fun probably because I don't do that everyday in my EU4 games, huh? lol. I remeber being rekt by Ming when I took some land from Korea. The Ming outnumbered me and even had 1 more tech in military technology.

Byzantium? I have actually had game way back, I succeded in my very first tries and got my cores back and a bit more provinces in Anatolia. Though, later I just stopped playing with Byzantium for some reason. Probably wasn't intresting enough once I took my cores back.

I could also try as one of the Indian nations to form Mughals, but before that I think I should atleast try to play as timurids and form Mughals.

Venice sounds really intresting. Can you tell me how does that works with vassal thingy?

I had been playing as Sweden before insitutions appeared, found my independence war, won it, took few provinces in Denmark, Coalition, and rip. TBH dunno if I would want to play more careful and smart in my new playthrough as Sweden, not even sure why would I want to play with it, since it is in Europe and I have been playing in Europe ALOT! Like, really a lot.
