Uncolonized land in Europa?

Help!
I do not know if it is a bug or what, but there is uncolonized land in europa.
Belgrade, Fejér, Trencin, Olomouc are all colonized, and their base tax, base production , base manpower and development are 0.
Btw im just playing a normal moscowy > russia game

I have the exact thing in all my game. Made a post about it earlier today. It is on the newest version for me and wasnt there before. It is also Terra Incognita for me.

the latest patch adde dthose provinces so they are unowned in previous patch saves and wont be colonisable just treat it as wasteland till you make a fresh start.

If Terra Incognita it will appear within about 10 years but same as above

That is normal if provinces are added to the game and you continue playing old savegames with the new version.

Either
a) ignore them
b) roll back to 1.20 via steam beta
c) start a new game
d) not 100% sure, but you can try to add them to a country with "add_core ID TAG"

The best thing you can do is always play savegames with the version you started them.

I also cant view flags anymore. Any tips about that? Every emblem and flag is completely black..

Try deleting the gfx folder inside documents\paradox interactive\europa universalis iv
