Causus Belli humiliate rival worth it?
It appears that you lose some demanding rights.... is it even worth it to use it? Or should I just fabricate a claim and take a few provicences that way?
My current play through is me being England and i'm planning to war my rival Burgundy with my new aquired ally Bohemia. Since Castille was a ♥♥♥♥ ally in the war agaisnt France, had to break ties with those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! Not providing suffucient aid. LOL

TL;DR Saltyness aside what is the benefit of a humuliate rival casus belli??

If you take the "show superiority" peace option you get about 100 tech in each category which is nice whether it is worth it it depends how tough the war is going to be imo.

It gives you access to the show strength cb which gives you 100 in each monarch point in addition to the humilate power projection points.

It requires almost 100 warscore, so its quite expensive for what you gain imo. If you are behind in tech it can help you catch up a bit if you don't mind fighting for it.

it is worth it if you an opm so that your rivals is opm to and they dont have allies.
i.e on ternate ninja run, you can leave tidore alive to farm 100 mp every 15 years and develop your province to kick start institution earlier

general situation? not worth it

Can be useful to chuck them into a truce block if you have no border with them and you're concerned that your agressive expansion may attract a coalition.
