how to start the french revolution?

So I have gotten to 1719 as France, got both castile and commonwealth under me in a personal union and I make like 130 gold a month.. is it -even- possible to get french revolution anymore? the only time I ever got it was when I had got loans (on purpose) and dropped my stability to -1 but I cant do that here as the revolution only happens if no other events are happening and if I drop my stability, then I get different events like press for liberty.

Dont make me Reeee at you commie scum!.. but no seriously, how do I make the event trigger xD I cant figure out how to make it proc without other negative events proc'ing first.

I'm pretty sure you need some negative events like bankruptcy, the wiki might have some stuff

I checked the wiki, its seems out of date, ignoring events /changes from stuff like rights of man (if I have the right dlc..) and it only lists things like "Have 50 loans, 0 prestige, -1 or lower stability..) and ALL these events cause a different event called Agitation for liberty and the french revolution cant happen if another event is happening

yeah seems no one knows.. iv tried 3 times now, you -cant- get the revolution event, other events occure first and thus delete any progress to the revolution.. so yeah, it cant happen -.-

take out 25 loans before dropping your stability, and keep absolutism high and revolution disaster should trigger before aspiration for liberty.

yeah m8 it doesn't work, the other events proc first like agitate for liberty because the french revolution only goes at 1 tick per month, my abosulution is so high the agitation for libery is ticking like 2.5 a month.

I appreciate the advice n all but Iv tried all the things I'd assume would work, it seems like It just isnt possible to proc the revolution at this stage, dunno if Im too big a nation now or have too much of one stat or whatever but it doesn't seem possible to start the event

dump some prestige into a pet using the placate local rulers button for the extra +1 if you need it.

guess i'll have to try that too, if it'll even work cus now I think Iv broken it -.- the negative events wont even start now, must be some invisible timer before they can begin again after failing
