Final battery not showing

Hey!
I found all of the tuna cans (and all cats) in the special stage, according to the guide I should get a battery for the fluffy-lake game but nothing happens. :(
Help?

I'm finding that I'm having the same problem. I came to forums just to see how I even get the final battery, but I already have all cats and tuna cans found :(

EDIT: FOUND IT

a comment further down in guide says to give the cans to the orange round Monokat outside of the arcade to get the battery
