Bug?
So I reinstalled the game and still it is doing the same thing. I can not use the tape or paper. The ghost will not do anything thou have both. The tv is doing nothing too.

It's ok, I removed the game from my account, I'm just moved on to another game of theirs. They were nice enough to try and help me.:steamthumbsup:

First you need to click on the TV (if the map is completely ready), then on the ghost, he will give you the key
