game not opening?

whenever i open the game it just doesnt exist?? the application DOES appear in my task bar but whenever i try to open it its just a REALLLLYYY small window thats just a singular white pixel in the top left of my screen (that i cant see) and im not sure what to do because ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing happens so can anybody help me out?

My girlfriend and I are also having this issue, hope a patch is made soon.
