I'm having the same issue. I'm hoping when they release an update it will fix this.

I've managed to get it to work, but it's a similar issues with other games on my laptop. For some reason, I just have to run whatever I want to do really early on in start-up. If you're getting a code error that says something about your graphics or your GPU or whatnot, maybe try restarting it and running it as soon as you possibly can? A bit of a hassle, but it might work.
