Bug: 1995 super star cat not clickable

In 1995 arcade, there is a hidden cat under the super star block (ala Super Mario), but it is not clickable. The clue paints the cat there but I've clicked the block and surrounding area hundreds of times and it doesn't come out.

How on earth people should know this? Those buttons are not even highlighted and they are blending with background.

The hint for this code is on the wall near the controller. You don't have to know history, as I don't. But you do have to recognize that that is a cheat code on the wall and that you have to apply it somewhere.

Yeah, this puzzle was stupid. I know about the Konami code, but I didn't realize that those buttons were clickable since there was no feedback. Having animated buttons would make it more clear.
