Zoom on smaller levels

I finished the free part, loved it, an now bought the DLC. I played the new 3000BC level, and I started with the level in the tent. I found it really difficult and I haven't found all the cats yet. I kept wanting to zoom in more, but couldn't. In the end I used the steam deck magnifier functionality to zoom in a bit more.

Then I played the river part. It was so much better! I could zoom in so much more! I remember from the base game that the arcade games also zoomed in a lot less. Why can't the smaller levels be zoomed in more?

I know this is about a month old, but I wanted to chime in my agreement. I'm on the older side and my peepers can't always scope out the tiny stuff without a good zoom. That tent was terribly difficult to make stuff out on. I'm pressed up against the screen squinting cause I can't make out the tinier stuff elsewise.

The river was wonderful by comparison.
