Why am I seeing this?
First: Why am I seeing this when I've excluded Free To Play games in my store preferences?
Second: Why is this on a top selling list when it's free to play?

it has a cheap dlc that comes with it so that might be why. But I don't find it necessary to ask in the games discussion. Contact steam instead
