DLC Achievements?

to get all the achievements do you need to buy the DLC or is there a way that I can get the achievements without needing to buy them?

It's kind of scummy they're listed before people buy the DLC associated with half of the game's achievement. They should be hidden until people buy the DLC.

If people play the base game and finished the base game, the achievement should reflect 100% completion until the DLC is purchased then the other achievements are revealed.

That's how Steam works. It has nothing to do with the developers of this game.
