Strange Bug With Dialogue?

I've seen some play-throughs of the demo, and when you click on Fofino and Leo, they're meant to say things, but whenever either of them say anything it just says one letter like "f" or "a" or just "null". Any thoughts on how to fix it? Love all the devcat games, and I'd love to see what fofino and leo are saying!

What are yur specs and what language are you using?

English and my processor is "Intel© Core™ i5-3360M CPU @ 2.80GHz × 2" and my graphics card is an integrated "Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller", I have 7.6 GiB of memory. All of your other games worked fine for me on this same machine, with the text/dialogue showing up!
