Let down - with potential
When you're first introduced to the game the first thing you're prompted to do is create and customise the inside of the cafe. A big pro is that you can delete the furniture and buy as much as you want (and play around) without a cost involved. The colours are plentiful and the furniture is really well made. HOWEVER. The cons outweigh the pros by a lot.

The snapping in random places is really frustrating, in some corners the tables can be right against the couch, but in others the couch needs to be a whole space away. You can't snap other tables together they always have to be a space apart. You can't have certain chairs closed to each other on one angle, but on a different angle they can be (even if nothing is blocking them!) I couldn't justify paying $20 for this right now with the state it's in.

You are punished by placing furniture at the top of the stairs because it takes longer to get there, and you're punished for furnishing your store because you need to be basically inside the customers model to take their order - I didn't think I'd be running back and forth to the customer I thought they'd come up to the counter and I'd make their item and they'd sit down. That was really disappointing, I had to completely remake my layout because of this system punishing both my XP because I had to run further than when I re-did the layout for all the chairs being at the front of the store.

The controls are extremely clunky, whenever I'd make a latte and I started running there would be a minor "run in spot" lag before I'd actually start moving.

Moving the blocks are a nightmare, you move a set amount each time and I always get worried I'm going to accidentally keep moving it 1 square too much. Using the hammer is also really clunky, the animation takes forever and it's really loud (even with the music turned down) and the animation looks like it has less than 10 FPS.

The game concept is really fun! I know I said a lot of negatives however I feel the game has a lot to give and a great concept given they can fix the controls, and prioritise the customising of the furniture and snapping things together.

I won't be buying this however I will be keeping a close eye to see if the Devs are interested in fixing the game and polishing it properly. I would happily pay $20 for the fully finished potential this game has.
