Crashes when pausing at certain scenes?

I've paused a few times in certain areas. it's not often but it happened twice to me during certain scenes. I hope these can be identified and fixed. otherwise i had a great time with this game.

I've had issues as well where I alt-tabbed out of the meat dimension, and I have crashed. I was also playing in windowed mode.
