I'm unclear if outside of the US you just add no stamp or take a wild guess.

Yes, sent it from England, so just self addressed (but included a stamp inside in case) and I am waiting to see if anything comes

Has anyone from the UK sent one? I'm gonna take mine to the post office tomorrow to send but I'm surprised that they don't need a stamp on the small envelope :?

Its only on the envelope inside the envelope you're not supposed to stamp if you're sending outside the US
