How is the game's replayability? I know there's more than one ending, but is it playing the same things again making different choices or does the playthrough change on a different run. i.e. is it linear or branching?

It's relatively linear with some short-term back-tracking or branching occasionally being incentivized.

Many of the rooms/regions you visit will be the same on the two most drastically different kinds of runs (Low Guilt and High Guilt) but there is variety in dialogue, quest rewards, what battles you take in said rooms and how you'll probably wanna engage those battles.

If you factor in secret boss fights you almost definitely won't get on your first run (and honestly might not even be prepared to beat), Arco really incentivizes a second run at least. Getting all achievements would take a few dozen hours, I assume, depending on how much dialogue you skip through and how fast you play.
