Medallion Pieces
I got a Medallion piece from a mimic at Act 3 and I thought I'd be able to find the other one later in it but I found out that you actually get it in Act 2, does anyone know where you actually find it? Or have any build advice for the funny big woman.

Act 2's medallion piece is unlocked by a secret boss. After you enter the final room in the abandoned temple where you clear the bugs for the monks, in the top left corner there is a hidden entry way that you can only knock down with a shovel. Beating the boss gets you the first medallion shard that you then have to give to itzae when you meet her in Act 2 by the chili tree

As for build advice for Itzae, I became unstoppable by doing her jump attack that brings enemies towards her and recovers magia, and then following with a spin attack ability. Also investing in stun abilities to stop enemies in their tracks and then hitting them with a powerful melee attack after was really good.

The BEST ability for itzae though is one of her guard up abilities (can't remember the exact name but it's one of her purple ones she unlocks farther up her skill tree), which raises your defense by 1 for as many times as you apply it. It has no ability cool down, it's instant so you can pair it with another ability, and you can apply it multiple times per planning phase, (although be careful not to click on yourself twice in a row as the second time you click your reticule will be set to 'move' and you'll accidentally stand in place, you have to select the ability in your hot bar before applying it to yourself a second or third time).

It's REALLY good though as most bullets only do 1 damage, so if you have a spray of bullets your way you only need to apply guard up once and you're impervious to damage, while still being able to use that turn doing another action like moving or attacking or hitting 'wait' to farm magia. I only unlocked the ability in the last act of the game but I wish I had earlier as it's really excellent, and imo Itzae has the hardest redco bossfight of the game
