Keeping Medallion (spoilers)

On my second run, found a Cursed Medallion fragment in the Moon Moth area and with Tizo and gave it to Itzae. She put the two pieces together with the one she found at the Cursed Temple. The thing is bad ass and I dont want to get rid of it; however, when trying to interact with the Holy Stone Shrine it will kill me unless I purify the curse by getting rid of the Cursed Medallion in the Holy Grounds Shrine(Big Stone Hand Pond).

- Is there a way to interact with the Holy Stone and keep the Cursed Medallion?

- Can one Purify the Medallion?

you have to choose: Holy Ground, or the Arena. it's cursed, after all.

You cannot keep the medaillon when going to the Holy Shrine. It's somewhat possible to infer from the skillname and eerie dialog, but the medaillon and the powers it provides belong to a different god than the one at the Holy Shrine so they can only be taken, not transformed.
