Wall Hugger Achievement (spoilers)

I've done every secret that anyone has posted, all on the same run, and still haven't got it. Most of them made a "secret" sound, but some didn't. I've limited it to when you're in the smaller, pixelated, 2D mode. Here's a list of everything I remembered that I've done:

ACT 2:

• Bandit Hideout, hidden tunnel to the north
  
• Mountain Temple, pillar puzzle (Dash 2), then hidden room behind rock

ACT 3:

• Tauanar Temple, use shovel to clear debris
  
• Tuxan Cellar, kick wall (Kick)
  
• Use Medallion on Frog Temple wall (requires full medallion from quest)

ACT 4:

• A'tagak temple, use machete to clear vines
  
• A'tagak temple, path down into darkness seems to kill you
  
• Abandoned Mine, follow southern-most path past hobs
  
• Goat Thieves, enter correct code (EXILE) on chest after getting code

Maybe:

• ACT 2, Bandit Hideout, Gold Deposit (Shovel)

I've played through the game many times now and I'm still not 100% sure what I'm missing, and which of these are necessary (Especially the Medallion, which kinda forces you into a guilty run). If people could share which ones they got the achievement on, or whether they think I'm missing anything, or if someone just knows, that'd be great, coz it's the only one I'm missing.

Have you done it where you survived this encounter (by levelling up HP)? If you survive it, you get a bracelet item.

Yeah ok I tried that and then continued and it still didn't work - didn't make the secret sound either. I did see in another post that the tracking might be ♥♥♥♥♥♥, so maybe that's part of it

Ah that is frustrating. If you haven't already, you should turn assist mode on which allows you to skip combat. That way you can zip through a playthrough while you are trying to hit all the secrets and hope the achievement pops up.

Although, there are a couple of fights I've noticed that you shouldn't skip: the moth (otherwise you can't loot the medallion) and the final fight of the arena tournament (currently bugged and traps you in arena lobby).

Ok I've done like 10 more runs and unless I'm missing the same thing every run I have no freakin idea what I'm missing, really need help here

I've been racking my brain to think of other one-off things I did that might have counted towards this achievement.

Have you found the mountain pass in Act 3? You can get to it before crossing the river or going to the Holy grounds. iirc, you find it by hunting and picking a certain order of directions. It has a cave and some bugs, but I don't know if any of that counts as a secret.

Yeah I did get that once but haven't gotten it since... I guess I can try that again? I'm genuinely still lost. Have to hope dev fixes or provides a solid hint probably :c

Theres only 3 secrets that contribute to this achievement but they must be done in the same run to count towards it I'm afraid

Ok - am I missing any in that list? Because I've done quite a couple of runs now with everything in that list. A yes or no will do if you don't want to spoil it completely.

Ok now that we know it has to happen in a single run, I can try to recount what I did in my run as I basically speed ran the secrets and didn't do any extra stuff. I got the achievement in Act III after kicking down the wall in the cellar.

1. Bandit Hideout
   
2. Mountain Temple - Dash II - Looted both things there including the Shovel
   
3. Shovel to get to Moon Moth - killed and took Medallion
   
4. Give Medallion to Itzae - then finish Act II
   
5. Tzuanar Temple - find Shovel, use on rubble
   
6. Skip almost everything and cross the river (sell stuff to get enough money to cross)
   
7. Find Frog Statue and use Medallion
   
8. Tuxaun Cellar - kick wall 4 times

The only other thing I might have done between 7 and 8 was look behind the Waterfall too. But try that last and let me know if that counts as a secret.

If I had to guess which of those are part of the three secrets that count towards the achievement, I'd say 1, 2, and definitely 8

How do you kick the wall in the cellar? I have only 'push' option and it doesn't work

You will need to learn the Kick move from the talent tree.
