Transfer my account to PC no work

I need to be able to use pc as my second device so I use my phone and my PC , doesn't work, advice please?

You must start the game on steam, run through the tutorial until you can access the settings in top left when you click your avatar. Then you click on Account > Switch accounts, then it will ask for your email you binded. Enter that email, it will send you a code, you enter that code on PC and voila. Logged in. Then you can use either device to login any time
