Judging by her horns, I'm betting her real form is some kind of dragon.
"what exactly is Sybil?" when you defeat the final boss, you get the main character's description and name, tho "Give Sybil Pants" tells us her name anyways.
Even some more human-like characters like Katt/Rinpoo Chuan from Capcom's Breath of Fire 2 run around bottomless, her fur is basically acting as pants here, though in her case she doesn't have any fur from the waist up.
I guess "cartoon animals" just don't really need clothes (no visible parts) so putting something on is just a fashion choice. (and to make the character distinct).
It's the same logic like how Disney characters like Donald Duck don't wear pants yet you question if his bottom's clean because you don't know where it's been or if he wipes?
That's the same question I asked about Sybil, I didn't necessarily want to go into that weird detail but hey it's just something that comes up when you think about it because why bother wearing anything then?
I understand the artists intention for modeling her that way, but it shouldn't be prudish to suggest to wear more clothes if she's already wearing a top and leggings. Might as well complete the look with a skirt like 2B or shorts.
I dunno, I feel like I already made this conversation more awkward since I'm going into more detail 😅 I just don't want to feel like I'm playing a game made for coomers.
Eh, boomers tend to hate furries while voting in politicians who defend child marriage laws. The argument between you two seems to be more oriented towards millennials versus zoomers and isn't actually boomer related.
