What mods are you trying to install? Or are you trying to make your own mod(s)?

Just some outfit mods, I got them off of Nexus, but I'm confused on where do I put them and everything.

Mods typically go inside the ~Mods folder (you may have to create the folder yourself). The filepathing should look something like this: C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\Pseudoregalia\pseudoregalia\Content\Paks\~Mods

In some cases, certain custom outfits (like Unholy Bnunny and Ninja Bnunny) require the Wardrobe Extender mod. The Wardrobe Extender mod should be installed into the Content folder that contains the pseudoregalia-Windows.pak file. You then have to run the wardrobe-extender.exe file. Running it should automatically create an Outfits folder inside your Content folder. Place any custom outfits in here. Note: Only custom outfits that support the Wardrobe Extender mod should go into this newly created Outfits folder. Any other outfits should be installed by placing them in the ~Mods folder. Always check the Nexus descriptions and posts to verify compatibility with Wardrobe Extender.

After placing your custom outfits into the Outfits folder, you have to run the wardrobe-extender.exe again to update your in-game outfit list. You should run this executable every time you make changes to the Outfits folder. I recommend also installing the Attire UI Overhaul mod (it goes in your ~Mods folder). It should make the Attire UI much nicer to navigate.

Please let me know if any directions I've given were unclear or fail to work.

Alright, I got the Attire UI mod working, but it seems like wardrobe extender is working? I'm not seeing the modded outfits in, but a folder named outfits was made

May I ask which outfit mod(s) you are trying to install? I can give you more specific instructions that way.

If the custom outfit supports Wardrobe Extender, you have to place the outfit's .pak file into the Outfit folder which was just created. Next, you have to make sure to run the wardrobe-extender.exe application (MANDATORY STEP). There should be a message that pops up letting you know that your save file has been patched successfully. You should be able to find the new custom outfit in your Attire list.

If the custom outfit does NOT support Wardrobe Extender, you have to place the outfit's .pak file into the ~Mods folder. In this case, it is likely that the custom outfit replaces one of the outfits in the vanilla game (probably one of the default outfits).

Remember, you must run wardrobe-extender.exe inside your Paks folder AFTER placing any custom outfit .pak files into the Outfits folder. The application will not work if you run it outside the Paks folder.

Also, make sure you're unzipping the mod files that you download from Nexus. You shouldn't be placing any .zip or .rar files into any of the game's folders.

nexus mods work just fine on steam bro, i use the vortex mod manager and with few exceptions everythin is handled automaticly by the the manager, just pick the version of the mod for steam and then pick the option to auto install it, and your good to go m8, oh and grab whatever mods the mod you want needs to run properly, sometimes i forget that part.
